Advice from a USTVNow paid subscriber for longer than I care to admit: Don't waste your time on the buffering issue, just live with it or abandon USTVNow. The problem is almost certainly due to USTVNow's service and has nothing to do with you plugin. Signup for a USTVNow account here. I tried contacting USTVnow to see if they could make it an "official" app but never heard back from them. Regardless, since USTVnow operates in a legal grey-area it may have not been helpful with Apple anyway. I tried looking for an alternative service to USTVnow, but long story short, I wasn't successful.
